While working in Photoshop, you should continue to save your work in the middle of the middle, because the computer can be stopped for a variety of reasons and if you do so, your lot of work can be useless. It takes only 2 seconds to save.
To save a file, give the Save command in the File menu or press S (Ctrl + S) button with the control if the file has already been named, then your file will be saved without any dialog open with this command. In the Save in the drop-down list box of this dialog box, select the name of the drive and folder in which you want to save that file and fill in the file name in the file name text box.
You can save a picture in Photoshop's default format .psd. If you want to save it in any other format instead, open the Format drop-down list and select the appropriate file format from this facility. Save your work in any format from many formats.
After clicking on Save button, the file will be saved in the format specified by the named name, if you want to save a picture file with a new name, then Save As as command in the file menu or shift and Press Ctrl + Shift + S with the button. In reply to this, you will be given a dialog box of "Save as" like the above-given picture. If you save the file from this command, you will be able to keep working in a new file.

After finishing your work on Photoshop, if you want to get out of it, then enter the Exit command in the File menu or press the Q (Ctrl + Q) button with the control or click the X button in the toolbar of its main window to do this. The Photoshop program will be terminated.
